POLE VIRGINS is an Intro to Pole Fitness class for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. We will cover the basics and foundations like walking, transitioning, beginner climbing techniques & strength. We will warm-up/stretch, strengthen, and learn a basic pole routine that will give you a great feel for what our beginner pole classes are like. This class will tease you enough to sign-up for our 8-week beginner session! Its so not what you think....see why so many women love pole fitness!! Register in advance, space is limited! $15pp/class
