Good girls do pole dance, and we are starting to see and hear about it everywhere. It is an incredible workout, lots of fun, and it's the hottest fitness craze! Pole dancing is sweeping the nation with all the recent media coverage. The Today Show, the View, 20/20, 60 Minutes, A Current Affair, and many other news sources have featured pole dancing. Oprah, Terri Hatcher, and even Barbara Walters have pole danced, just to name a few. I am proud to be a member of the International Pole Federation, US Pole Dance Federation, and the Pole Fitness Association. We have a mission  to make pole dancing an acceptable form of exercise and dance, and we are already well on the way!

The Pole Power is a private studio with small classes and 10 poles. There are no spectators allowed. You may book a private lesson or party for just you and your friends. There are a variety of classes offered for women of all levels.
