I went to the Intro Pole Dancing class, Sat., Nov 13, I had the GREATEST TIME. I can't wait to start the Beginner Class!!!

I seen this on the news and want to do this.

Went to the OC location for a bachelorette party, had a BLAST! It was fun and sexy, but also a work out. I have a new found respect for the art of pole dancing, you need so much upper body strength and the instructor was amazing. Wish I lived closer to take the fitness classes!

I started taking Pole Power classes after going to their Grand Opening in the Salisbury location. After seeing what I could learn it made me want to get the Unlimited membership. I've learned so much. All the instructors are wonderful. Now 2 days after I got my pole in the mail to do extra practice at home and to show off my new skills . I find out I'm expecting. lol. I tell Angela Pole Power got me pregnant! lol! Lil to say, I can't wait til after my 6 weeks to return!

Thanks Sandra for my first class tonight. I loved it and can't wait to come again. You made me feel comfortable and pretty confident. I didn't know I could do what I did.I can't wait to learn more and get stronger.
