We offer a multi-level class style that is appropriate for beginner through advanced level students. Each hour long class includes a warm-up, strength segment, pole routine, floor work, and a sexy stretch cool down. The pole fitness program is designed to allow you to find your inner diva, gain power and strength, get fit and have fun as you progress through the levels at your own pace. Learn a routine with every class. Feel free to take extra classes or a private lesson to gain more confidence and strength. You are going to love this fabulous workout!
Are you a Pole Princess, Pole Diva, or Pole Goddess?
- New students welcome at any time, no experience necessary. Advanced registration required. Click the 'register' page.
- Take classes when you want and as often as you want!
- 10 dance poles in the Ocean City studio and 16 in the Salisbury studio. Reservation for classes required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- No spectators allowed.
- No lotions or jewelry. Wear workout apparel, preferably shorts. Heels optional.

Other Classes Offered
Vertical Ballet
This class will take you through ballet and pole moves. These moves will tone and strengthen, improve your balance, control, and flexibility. Also includes pole and mat stretching. No experience necessary.
Chair Dance
Learn basic chair and floor dance moves and a complete routine. Check the current schedule.
Salsa Pole
Combine the basics of salsa and pole into an incredibly fun routine! Check the current schedule.
Couples Class
This is a fun class for you and your man! Take him through our pole workout, show off some of your moves, play and have fun.
